On April 5, 2008, the D-6560 Outbound GSE team departed for two weeks in East Africa D-9200. The team was hosted by Rotarians in Entebbe, Kampala and Jinja, Uganda, and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Carmel Rotarian Judy Hagan was team leader.
