2. Sharleen Miller will prepare a bookplate. Go to the "Orchard Park Happy Books" order form and provide the following information.

3. The cost of $15 will be added to your Rotary Account for billing with your dues.
4. Linda will bring the book with the personalized bookplate to our meeting for you or your honoree to sign and present to the club for donation to Orchard Park Elementary School Library.
